It is important to note that the current format selection was selected for the entire school year, and a format change may not be available at this time due to staffing and master-scheduling issues. The information we are gathering at this time is informational only. In the event that a format change is possible, this survey and petition will be used as our way to potentially provide that change. Filling out this petition DOES NOT GUARANTEE a format change for the 2nd semester.
Families who are interested in submitting a format change must submit it for each student who attends Mountain House High School, and must submit it by 11:55 P.M. on December 9, 2020 at the link below:
