Online Library

While Mountain House High School doesn't have a physical library at this point, we have planned ahead by purchasing over 17,000 digital books, and access to online databases for students and teachers to use. Each year we add books and resources to this list.  Students can login to the library NOW!  Our online library is called Mackin Via and can be found at mackinvia.com.

Here's how you log on:
Go to our online library website:  www.mackinvia.com
In the School line type "Mountain House High School" and select our school.
The User ID is the student's school ID number
The password is the student's birthday using 2 digits for month, 2 digits for day, and 2 digits for year.  (ex:  if my birthday is January 1, 2001 my password would be 010101)
Once students login, they can access the library of books that we have.

If you want a quick tutorial, take a look at the following video:

Mackinvia also has apps for your smartphone or tablet.  You can read books, highlight and make notes, and save them in your "backpack."  Even if you check the book back in to the digital library, your notes are saved forever!

Get logged in and start reading!
