FBI Academy for Juniors

Are you interested in careers in law enforcement?  Have you ever been interested in gaining hands-on experience with law enforcement professionals?  If you are a current Junior at MHHS, you qualify to apply for the new FBI academy.  The academy is open to any Junior who is interested in the workings of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).  This academy is put together specifically for teens, and is run through the FBI's Sacramento office.  Even if you are not interested in pursuing law enforcement, this program is a great opportunity to learn about the world of careers available to you after you graduate high school.  Students in the academy get to spend a day at the FBI headquarters in Sacramento, and learn the importance of making good decisions online, learn about the federal agency's role and requirements to join the FBI, and receive hands-on experience involving the evidence response team and bomb technicians.  To apply for the academy, visit the FBI Academy application by CLICKING HERE.  Only High School Juniors are eligible, and the application deadline is February 12, 2016.
