Sports and Summer Workouts

LET'S GET MOVING!!  It's time for all incoming Freshmen thorough Senior students to get ready for sports for the 2021-2022 school year!

Please see below for details and information in regards to the start of all of our fall sports teams and summer workout schedule. All questions specific to each sport can be sent to the head coach’s email which can be found below.  Please also join the Remind group for your sport, Remind code can be found at the bottom of this email.

    • practices begin  Sept. 6th -Oct 10th 
    • Summer strength training June 7th- July 23rd (M-W-F)
      • Weight Room 7:45am - 9:45am M and F
      • Soccer field 8am- 10am Wednesday
    • Tryouts begin November 1st

    • Summer weightlifting/conditioning is 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, M/W/F, June 14-July 9. Meet at the weight room. Additional dates (including potential on-field practice dates) may follow.
    • Fall practice is Aug 30-Sept 26, M-F, 4:00-5:30 PM at the varsity baseball field
    • Tryouts begin January 31, 2022

    • Summer Workouts: 6/7/21 – 7/22/21, Mon/Tue/Thu, 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
      • Monday: Strength Training (Weight Room)
      • Tuesday: Practice/Workout (Stadium)
      • Thursday: Practice/Workout (Stadium)
    • Tryouts begin February 7, 2022.
    • Deadline to join the team is February 13, 2022.
