DECA Judges Needed--NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Mountain House High School DECA chapter is very pleased to be sending 97 DECA students to the NorCal regional competition this year. This is exciting for our chapter since it is the largest field of competitors since the inception of DECA at Mountain House. To help support our students, we are in need of at least 10 judges for the competition.  The NorCal competition this year is virtual; therefore, all judging will be virtual.  Being a judge includes the following:

• Reviewing student-submitted business proposals and evaluating them using a points system
• Providing feedback to the students regarding strengths and opportunities for growth regarding their business proposal plans
• Reviewing student-submitted role play videos where students present a business proposal on a selected scenario
