Athletic Clearance Information

Mountain House High School uses Athletic Clearance.com to securely register students for athletic participation. Everything is uploaded onto the website below and none of the documents are required to turn in to the office.

Steps to the clearance process:

Go to athleticclearance.com
Click Start Registering Your Athlete
If you do not have an account, you will register for one that will stay with you throughout your high school career at MHHS.
Click Start Clearance Here
Be sure to select the CORRECT school year
Add ALL sports you are interested in playing. Click Add New Sport to add more than one.
Fill out the information. Be sure to click the consent boxes if you wish to receive text and email updates.
Both student and parent/guardian will have to fill out some information and electronically sign.
Scan your physical and upload. Make sure that the doctor’s signature and date are visible on the scanned copy.
Scan proof of insurance and upload. You can take a picture of the FRONT of your card or upload any document that proves that you are insured.
The site will only take .jpg and .pdf files. DO NOT try to upload google docs or .heic files.
Your documents will be in your “Documents Library” for future reference.
Physicals are valid for one (1) calendar year and must cover the ENTIRE season that you are participating in to be cleared.
You will not be cleared if any part of the process is missing:

Signatures
Physical
Proof of insurance

Clearances are processed from May 18 through June 15 and two weeks prior to the start of each season. The clearance process takes 24-48 hours after you submit. If after 48 hours you have not received a confirmation that you have been cleared, please email Mr. Galindo (gugalindo@lammersvilleusd.net).
