Cross Country Workouts

What:  Cross Country Summer Workouts
Who:  All students interested in running Cross Country this year
When:  Starting July 7th, and every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until school starts
Where:  MHHS Track
Time:  2:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

Students, come on out if you are interested in running Cross Country this school year.  Make sure to have your athletic clearance completed, including the COVID waiver form.  We look forward to seeing you out there to get into shape for the upcoming season.
