In each category, the top ten competitors were ranked and recognized on stage with the top three winners receiving trophies called "glass." The winners outside the top 3 received medals and pins. Based on last year where one competitor placed in one event, this year is phenomenal. One student was on stage multiple times. I am so proud of these students given that we do not yet have the dedicated DECA coaches and dedicated prep classes that the big winner schools have such as Irvington and Washington.
