Valley Chiropractic will be available to give our student-athletes physicals next Wednesday 5/22. All athletes need a current physical to participate in their sport. If you need a physical come by!
Parent consent forms are available in the main office. If you do not have a parent consent form filled out by your parent you will need to bring your parent with you to the physical.
