The California Department of Education has posted information about a court order on Student Records Disclosure and a way families can object to the disclosure of student information. Below is the link to the Letter from the State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson with detailed information about the court order and ways parents can object to the disclosure of student records by April 1, 2016. The Lammersville Unified School District (LUSD) is not involved with the lawsuit or the subject of any of its allegations. LUSD does not collect or record Social Security numbers of its Students.
